Right of withdrawal

Right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

A consumer who has concluded a distance contract or an off-premises contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 days .
The goods must be returned together with proof of purchase.

    4. goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
  2. Returns are made at the buyer's expense and risk. The shipment must be properly secured for transport.
  3. The store has 7 days to process the return after receiving the returned goods.
