The Chevrolet LRDG (Long Range Desert Group) was a British military vehicle widely used during World War II by special Allied units for reconnaissance and raiding operations in North Africa, especially from 1940–1943. These cars were renowned for their reliability and their ability to operate in desert and extremely rough terrain.

The presented Panzer Art set allows you to replace the standard plastic wheels available in Chevrolet LRDG model kits with highly detailed Firestone 1 replicas featuring historically accurate tread patterns. The tread pattern and realistic tire deformation under the vehicle’s weight are reproduced with utmost precision, delivering a distinctly more realistic effect than standard plastic parts. Thanks to resin technology, details such as sidewall markings, mounting bolts, and rubber texture are crisp and true to the original.

The product is easy to assemble, but prior experience with resin parts is recommended. The set does not include assembly instructions; installation consists of replacing the model's original plastic wheels with the corresponding resin parts.

Panzer Art RE35-355 is recommended for both intermediate and advanced modelers seeking an authentic final effect. It is an excellent choice for those building dioramas or vehicles from the North African campaign of World War II, where historically accurate details are crucial.

In summary, Panzer Art RE35-355 Chevrolet LRDG road wheels (Firestone 1) is an essential accessory for every modeler specializing in World War II military subjects who values the highest quality of detail and historical accuracy.
