Historical Description and Application:
The S.E.5a, a British single-seat fighter, was one of the backbones of the Royal Flying Corps during World War I (service years: 1917–1918). Known for its sturdy construction, flight stability, and excellent performance, it enabled pilots to fight effectively in the air. It served with, among others, the famous 56th and 40th RFC squadrons. The color and marking examples in the album allow you to recreate aircraft from both the Western Front and a two-seater example used postwar in Australia (Point Cook, 1930). Country of use: Great Britain as well as other allied nations.
High Content Quality and Versatility:
This publication is prepared both for beginner modelers and advanced aviation history enthusiasts. It is an ideal addition to any modeling workshop, offering not only plans but also inspiring color profiles. The addition of decals in two scales (1:48 and 1:72) makes it a practical aid when building plastic, resin, and 3D-printed models.
Especially recommended for enthusiasts of World War I aviation and all modelers interested in the history of classic British fighters. Difficulty level of using the materials – 2/5 (accessible and universal).
