  • Includes a realistic, multi-part M9 dozer blade – a component widely used during engineering operations and the removal of terrain obstacles
  • The model represents the M60A3 version – one of the most advanced generations of the M60 tank series, equipped with features such as a fire control system and crew air conditioning
  • Contains photo-etched (PE) parts, significantly raising the level of detail and attractiveness of the finished model
  • The latest manufacturing technology – sharp details, perfect part fit
  • Kit does not include glue or paints – these must be purchased separately

Historical information:

The M60A3 tank is a development of the American M60 design, which appeared in the early 1960s. The A3 variant, introduced at the beginning of the 1980s, featured modern electronics and improved armor. The M9 dozer blade was a typical accessory, allowing for the rapid preparation of firing positions, obstacle removal, and mine clearing. The M60A3 with M9 blade was widely used by the United States Army and allied NATO formations during conflicts in Europe and the Middle East, as well as in Cold War exercises, particularly during the years 1980-2000.

Category:

Who do we recommend it for?

The model is dedicated to intermediate and advanced modellers (difficulty level 4/5) who want to expand their collection with a realistic representation of a legend of American armored technology. It is an excellent choice for fans of Cold War military history, battle reenactors, and diorama creators depicting NATO forces. The presence of photo-etched parts and optional details provides many hours of fascinating work and a remarkable final effect.

Scale
1/35

What does the scale of the model mean?

A model scale designation such as 1:30 means the model is 30 times smaller than the original. Scale indicates proportion, not resolution or detail.

  • Models with a smaller number after the colon (e.g. 1:48, 1:32) are larger and have more detail.
  • Scales with higher numbers (e.g. 1:164, 1:200, 1:350) are smaller - good for collections, dioramas, or displaying many models together.
