Scale
1/35

What does the model scale mean?

The model scale designation, for example, 1:30, means that the model is 30 times smaller than the original. Scale determines the proportion, not the resolution or level of detail.

  • Models with a smaller number after the colon (e.g., 1:48, 1:32) are larger and have more detail.
  • Scales with a larger number (e.g., 1:164, 1:200, 1:350) are smaller—good for collections, dioramas, or displaying many models together.

Yamamoto Model Parts YMP3513 German antenna base Set #2 (5 pcs.) 1/35

The Yamamoto Model Parts YMP3513 German antenna base Set #2 (5 pcs.) in 1/35 scale is a high-quality accessory designed for advanced modelers of World War II military vehicles. The set consists of five precisely recreated antenna bases, based on original parts used on German armored and transport vehicles operated by the Wehrmacht and Waffen-SS. These types of antennas were mounted, among others, on vehicles such as the Panzer IV tank, Sd.Kfz. 251 or communication trucks, which played a key role in front-line operations from 1939 to 1945.

  • Scale: 1/35
  • User country of the original: Germany
  • Historical period: World War II
  • Use: Accessory for German armored and transport vehicle models from WWII
  • Material: Precisely cast resin, ensuring high detail and durability
  • Number of parts in the set: 5 antenna bases
  • Category: Modeling accessories – resin add-ons for plastic model kits

The Yamamoto Model Parts YMP3513 product stands out for its remarkable precision, replicating even the smallest details of the original German antenna bases. The resin parts are exceptionally easy to integrate with your model – only minimal preparation and some experience are required to achieve an authentic finish. This set allows you to professionally upgrade models from brands such as Tamiya, Dragon, or Italeri, bringing more realism and authenticity to your projects.

Recommendation: The set is recommended for intermediate and advanced modelers seeking a high level of detail. It is perfect for dioramas, historic vehicle reconstructions, and competitive modeling projects.

Assembly difficulty: 2/5 – components require minimal processing and gluing to the model, but pose little challenge to those with basic modeling experience.

If you wish to enhance the realism of German vehicles in 1/35 scale, this Yamamoto Model Parts YMP3513 resin antenna base set is the ideal choice, ensuring high quality and perfect details.
