Aerobonus 320082 U.S. Marines Pilot WWII - Pacific theatre 1/32

The Aerobonus 320082 U.S. Marines Pilot WWII - Pacific theatre in 1:32 scale is a unique kit for advanced and intermediate modelers wishing to enhance their dioramas or aircraft models from World War II with a realistically rendered US Marines pilot, fighting in the Pacific front. This product was designed by the renowned Aerobonus brand, known for its high level of detail and historical accuracy.

The figure depicts a United States Marine Corps aviator serving during the Pacific campaigns from 1941–1945. The USMC played a key role in numerous air operations over islands such as Guadalcanal, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa, where pilots operated reconnaissance, fighter, and bomber aircraft in support of amphibious landings and conducted offensive operations against Japanese forces. The figure accurately reflects the characteristic pilot equipment of the era, including an aviation flight suit, “Mae West” life vest, protective helmet, and M-1943 flying boots.

This model is made from high-quality resin, allowing for intricate recreation of even the smallest elements of the uniform and a realistic facial expression. The figure can be used as an add-on for 1:32 scale aircraft kits, such as the F4U Corsair, SBD Dauntless, F6F Hellcat, or PBY Catalina, making it a perfect fit for scenes from both the early and late years of the Pacific war.
