Aviation during World War I underwent rapid development, and pilots frequently operated in harsh climatic conditions. The Aerobonus winter-edition pilot features authentic protective clothing used by the crews of aircraft such as Albatros D.Va, Fokker D.VII, or Hansa-Brandenburg D.I. The figure is an excellent enhancement for dioramas depicting airborne scenes on the Western or Eastern Fronts. Pilots in winter uniforms were a characteristic sight during the autumn and winter months when low temperatures forced the use of thick, specially designed protective garments.

• Difficulty rating: 2/5 – easy assembly, recommended for intermediate modelers and collectors with basic experience working with resin
